Policies

Hours

I offer both day and evening appointments,  Monday through Friday in Marin.

Appointments

Please call, email or go to the scheduling page to set up an appointment.  Sessions last 53 minutes.

Phone calls and Emails

I will return phone calls and emails as quickly as I am able. If you leave a message, I will be paged. If you are concerned about the privacy of your message, I recommend contacting me by phone since confidentiality can be compromised when sending messages electronically. So, please email at your own discretion.

Fees

Payment is due in full at the time of the session, check or cash is preferred but I do take cards.  You will receive a statement at the end of each month upon request.

Missed Sessions

I am reserving the time for you alone.  24 hours phone or email notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise, I am unable to fill the session and a full session charge will be assessed.

Insurance

I do not accept any insurance directly.  I do provide a SuperBill at the end of each month with CPT and ICD-10 diagnosis codes for you to submit to your insurance and be reimbursed directly from your insurance company.

Privacy

I maintain confidential records and will not release information to anyone without patient or parent/guardian consent, or as required by law.
